Our Story

Growing up I have always had a love for baking; whether it's helping my mom make traditional pastries or helping my aunt and grandma make fruit cake every Christmas. As I got older, my love of baking only grew and I had a dream of one day opening my own bakery. Darsh's Delights is my dream come true. My hope is that you have as much enjoyment eating my freshly made desserts, as I do making them.
